To celebrate the growth and well-being of the young children, popularly known as Shichi-Go-San (七五三), we went to Fudatenjin Shrine near Chofu eki and paid our respects. At the shrine, the children washed their hands at the water pavilion signifying purification, and then went on to the shrine, and said their thank you(s). The children were well-behaved and respectful while we were at the shrine. Good job, children!
