For the last picnic of the Lion Team of ChildLand Company, we went to Takaosanguchi for a hiking. We ride the cable car wherein it says that it has the steepest cable rope in Japan! As we reach the middle of the mountain, we saw one of the oldest tree in the mountain. The tree was 450 years old!!! It was enormous and the bark can maybe fit a dozen of kids! The way to the top was challenging as we climbed a lot of stairs but it was rewarded as we reached the top. We saw a magnificent panorama view of Kanagawa.
It was indeed a splendid day and as we bid everybody farewell and good luck, we will all forever remember the great times we had for this year!
